MVP TAP Sponsorship Request Agreement

Effective Date:9/1/2025

Platform: MVP TAP (the “Platform”)
Parties: This Agreement is entered into between MVP TAP, LLC (“MVP TAP”), the Athlete participating in sponsorship opportunities through the Platform, and the Sponsor submitting the sponsorship request.

1. Purpose

This Agreement governs participation in the MVP TAP Sponsorship Request feature, whereby Sponsors may submit sponsorship opportunities to Athletes through the Platform.

2. Acknowledgment by Athlete

By accepting a sponsorship request, the Athlete acknowledges and agrees that:

  1. MVP TAP will facilitate communication between the Athlete and Sponsor.
  2. MVP TAP may contact both the Athlete and Sponsor directly regarding the sponsorship opportunity.
  3. MVP TAP is not a party to the sponsorship agreement between the Athlete and Sponsor but provides the Platform for connection and facilitation.
  4. MVP TAP reserves the right to review and approve or deny any sponsorship request submitted through the Platform.

3. Sponsorship Limits

  • The maximum sponsorship amount currently available through the Platform is $5,000 USD per request.
  • Additional fees, processing costs, or platform service charges may apply and will be disclosed prior to finalizing the sponsorship.
  • MVP TAP reserves the right to modify these limits or associated fees at its sole discretion, with notice provided through updated Terms and Conditions.

4. Payment and Fees

  • Payment will be processed through MVP TAP’s designated system.
  • Any fees associated with payment processing, administrative services, or future premium features will be the responsibility of the Sponsor unless otherwise disclosed.
  • Athletes will receive the agreed-upon sponsorship funds, less any applicable service fees, in accordance with MVP TAP’s payout policies.

5. Compliance and Conduct

Athletes and Sponsors agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws, NCAA/NIL regulations, and relevant institutional or league rules.
  • Refrain from engaging in fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activities.
  • Understand that MVP TAP may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violations of this Agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

MVP TAP does not guarantee the success or fulfillment of any sponsorship request and shall not be liable for disputes, performance issues, or damages arising between the Athlete and Sponsor. Liability of MVP TAP is limited to the extent permitted by law and in no case shall exceed the amount of fees paid to MVP TAP for the specific sponsorship request in question.

7. Amendments

MVP TAP may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Acceptance

By selecting “I Agree” or otherwise electronically accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Athlete confirms understanding and acceptance of the above provisions.
