MVP TAP operates in compliance with all NCAA NIL rules and the NIL Go clearinghouse requirements.
- All NIL agreements facilitated by MVP Tap that are valued at $600 or more are reported to NIL Go within the required timeframe.
- Athlete compensation is tied to clearly defined deliverables (e.g. social media posts, appearances, content creation) and not for athletic participation or performance alone.
- We ensure that every deal has a valid business purpose: the partnering entity sells goods or services to the public, and the athlete’s NIL is used for promotion of those goods or services.
- We benchmark compensation against similar deals to ensure fair market value.
- We require and retain full contracts, proof of deliverables, disclosure to relevant compliance offices, and maintain training for athletes and partners around NIL compliance.
- MVP TAP does not knowingly facilitate nor permit inducements for recruitment, playing time, or other impermissible benefits.

Fan Rewards Model Explanation
- Rewards are based on fan engagement, participation, or purchases, not tied to game stats or athletic performance.
- Athletes are compensated for promotional deliverables, appearances, or community interaction that align with NCAA NIL rules.
- Fans are rewarded for supporting athletes in compliant ways, such as engaging with branded campaigns, purchasing athlete-endorsed products, or participating in sponsor-driven promotions.
- Fan rewards are offered in accordance with applicable laws and may be subject to terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements.
Transparency & Reporting Practices
Contracts and payments are logged and accessible.
NIL Go submissions are tracked with proof of submission/approval.
