All transactions are final unless otherwise stated
You are responsible for applicable taxes and compliance with your institution’s NIL regulations
Digital assets (e.g., NFT-style tokens) represent symbolic fan support and do not constitute investment instruments

5. Athlete Terms

If you are a student-athlete:

You agree to comply with NCAA, NAIA, and applicable conference/state rules
You confirm that transactions are based on legitimate fan interest, not performance-based compensation
You understand MVP TAP may share anonymized or relevant data with your school for compliance

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and App (logos, text, graphics, software) is owned by MVP TAP or licensed. You may not reproduce, republish, or exploit any part of the Services without written permission.

You grant MVP TAP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, and display content you submit (e.g., name, likeness, photo) in connection with the Services.

7. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for any content you post or transmit through the Services. You agree not to post:

False, misleading, or harmful content
Inappropriate, offensive, or illegal material
Content that infringes on any third party’s rights

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate our standards.
